Great staff, friendly and clean environment, good vibes and overall a great experience:) I came as a solo-traveller and when I left I had made new friends☺️ This is a party-hostel so it can be noisy at nights - for this I used earprops, worked fine:) If you’re looking for meeting new folks easily, this is the place for you✌️

Spain was the last country on my 11 country European tour. I arrived in Barcelona pretty tired, but ready to see the city. This hostel was EXACTLY what I needed. The staff was the best staff I have come across in any hostel- SUPER friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The rooms were very clean and spacious- same for the bathrooms. Downstairs, the shared space is so fun! There's a fun movie theatre room and we had a great time watching movies with people from all over. As a giant FC Barcelona fan, I chose the hostel due to the proximity to the stadium. It seemed like a lovely neighborhood, but a bit farther away from the city center. My favorite hostel of the trip!! Thank you! Will definitely come back.

Am a Cule and best thing about this hostel is the location. It is approximately 7 minutes walk from Nou Camp and I stayed there for 2 nights. Staffs (Tamara, Ana-from Brazil, an Asian girl) they are such warm and lovely people. I also made a very good friend with one of the guest there while playing pool. They have Friday free meal as well with Sangria and Paella and trust me the Scottish chef who prepares it is also a very good chef. Overall a lovely 2 days stay and I will definitely revisit soon.

I spent there 5 nights during a visit to Barcelona, the staff is extremely gentle and helpful, the hostel was so clean , they afford breakfast, laundry service, if I am ever visiting Barcelona again I will definitely stay in yellow nest Hostel. I have to mention that they helped me to get a ticket for Sagrada Familia eventhough the tickets were so hard to get at that period.

I stayed in Yellow Nest Hostel for a long time over this summer whilst I was working and studying in Barcelona. I have stayed in four or five hostels in Barcelona and Yellow Nest is by far the best! I have found most of the hostels in Barcelona to be dirty, overcrowded and really loud. In contrast, Yellow Nest is super clean, everybody is so friendly (Carlos the manager is always happy to help you and the staff really make you feel like part of the family). The cleaners are amazing and the wifi is really good. The hostel has a big terrace, too. Yellow Nest is located in one of my favourite parts of Barcelona. It is a really local area with lots of bars and restaurants only 15 minutes from the centre but you will feel like less of a tourist and one of the locals. I never saw any problems in the hostel such as stealing and it is a real traditional hostel full of backpackers who eat together and talk. I have formed so many friendships, especially during the paella evenings hosted by the hostel, and I will be returning soon! Thanks so much everyone!
